Fantastically Low Rates

First time home buyers in Thousand Oaks often put less than 20% down and often use the majority of their savings for their down payment. For this reason, it helps to have a lender credit to apply toward closing costs. Most banks and credit unions don’t offer interest rates with lender credits to apply toward closing costs and instead keep that extra money/credit for their own compensation! Not us, we offer options. Low rates with no lender credits and higher rates with lender credits to apply toward closing costs, but keep in mind our “higher” rates are still going to be lower than big banks and credit unions and you will receive a lender credit to cover all or a large part of your closing costs.

Our ability to offer lower rates keeps your monthly payment as low as possible which makes it easier for you to afford your home and qualify for the home you want, but the lender credit that comes with most of the options we offer will keep more money in your pocket less money needed to cover closing costs.
